In honor and celebration of Bob Dylan's soon-to-be-released (on April 28th) 46th(!!!) studio album ("Together Through Life"), and the impact of this master-songwriter's career and catalog, this month's PSA Showcase taking place Thursday, April 16th at Artichoke Music will take on a special 'Dylanesque' flavor. Whereas normally our showcase features 10 - 12 performers, each of whom do 2 original songs, in this special nod to Bob Dylan's musical influence/contribution, we're asking each performer to perform a Dylan song first, followed by one of their own, which - ideally - should be something that they've written - at least in part - as a result of Dylan's influence on them. Also, why not make it out to to this month's showcase - whether you're performing or not? It's a great way to connect with your fellow songwriters, form friendships, establish co-writing relationships, etc. - not to mention, have a really GREAT time!
